🌿 The Blozenn Charter
At Blozenn, we believe beauty should never come at the expense of your skin, your hormonal balance or the environment.
We chose an independent, honest, educational path, far more demanding than European regulations, to guide you towards simple, more conscious beauty.
And when we say "clean", here's what it means to us: every composition decoded line by line, an exclusion list written in black and white, and the precautionary principle at the slightest doubt. Not a label, not a slogan: our charter, published below, and nothing else.
Our goal isn't perfection, but doing better every day and supporting you step by step.
💚 Our mission
Because you don't change everything at once. But every small step counts, and it's the start of a big change.
We don't blindly trust labels or marketing trends. We analyze every product ourselves.
At our launch, an independent toxicologist, expert in cosmetic safety, trained us in:
He doesn't analyze Blozenn products one by one: that's the brands' legal role, through the CPSR. And he doesn't validate our selection. We are the ones who read every composition, using the method he taught us.
No transparency → no us.
We never select a brand as a whole: we only select products, one by one. To do so, we systematically ask for:
No transparency → no us.
At Blozenn, we love simple formulas.
We advocate fragrance-free as much as possible, and we know it's an emerging battle.
We now offer the most complete fragrance-free range possible (sensitive skin, pregnant women, babies, the hormonally sensitive, or anyone who wants to avoid the superfluous).
Your transition should happen gently, little by little. When some products contain fragrance, it must be:
We hope to see more and more fragrance-free, gentler, more inclusive products emerge in the years to come.
All these ingredients are allowed in Europe. We rule them out anyway, because the scientific debate isn't settled and we can do without them. That's the precautionary principle.
We refuse any product whose INCI contains:
No Blozenn product is tested on animals, but in Europe that has been banned since 2013. So it's not a badge of honor, it's the law, and we'd rather tell you. The real issue lies elsewhere: some countries still require these tests to sell there, particularly for sunscreens and hair dyes. That is the question to ask brands.
🌱 What we favor

The world of cosmetics changes fast. Science moves forward. Regulations will evolve, and we hope in the right direction.
At Blozenn, we keep constant watch to improve our Charter, refine our criteria and always stay ahead of the standards.
Our goal is simple: doing better today than yesterday, and even better tomorrow.
Blozenn is a space of safety, education and transparency. We want to help you understand, choose consciously, and move forward step by step.
Because caring for yourself doesn't mean being perfect. It means acting with intention, consciously, for your health and that of those around you. And that alone is huge.
